Meso Holdings and Resources (MHR) is a 100% black owned and controlled company. The company was established in 2017 with the intention of contributing to and benefiting from construction and mining opportunities that have gained currency since the emergence of our democratic dispensation.

The Black and Woman Ownership character of MHR, coupled with the composition of its team of professionals, richly places us to benefit from these opportunities, hence its formation.

We believe in Value Adding and constant building of internal expertise and experience. That is the reason we are absolutely committed to operational involvement.

The formation of the Company is also informed by the political democratization and economic liberalization that is currently taking place in the African Continent. Across the continent we see improvements in corporate governance, leading to more accountability and transparency. But more critically the business space has been opened for private sector investment to deal with the double challenges of underdevelopment and poverty (their reversal). It is our intention to establish our presence in the construction and mining industry, in the entire African Continent, while retaining South Africa as its center of existence and operation.
